I recently got selected in Bank of Maharashtra and got allotted the mumbai zone and the cost of flats there is way too high and out bank is rumoured to pay only 18k for that What should i be expecting as I’m gonna report there in a few days.

Yes dear,Bank would pay you only around 17-18k for metro cities.Mumbai i ca understand is very costly in respect to house rent.Do not worry if you are not married just try to accomodate yourself in a PG or 1 room sharing and once you join the branch,the branch employees shall help you in getting an affordable home in near by areas,some times customers also help

If possible please tell me how much time is given after getting transfer letter from bank to move to new branch in another zone?

If its a request transfer,you shall have to join within a week.Else if Its administrative transfer then it depends upon your manager from 10 days to even a month

Biggest benefit: Home loan and other loans at very cheap rate.

SInce its an officer level job,prepare your mind to get posted PAN India.do not worry initially you will be worried but within few days you would be comfortable enough

Mam ibps clerk me reseve list se selection bohot kam hoti hai kya. Mere state me general m sirf 36 vacancy thi or mera 0.38 kam h cut off se. Kya aisa ho skta h ki mera selection ho jaaye ya ni hoga YT par kahi bhi detailed video nahi hai is baare me

Its okay if you want to build your career in banking and if you do not want to go for government job but ultimately you shall have to do cross selling etc.there but I would say with so many competition coming in banking industtt try every bank has to do cross selling
