I know that the layout/format of the annual return submission is going to change to accommodate the POPI Act requirements, can we do a Mandate for the B/O and incorporate this also into the mandate??

what if the beneficial owner is another company? do you then select that its an affected company?

Only a natural person can be considered a beneficial owner.

If the company is registered in a trust who will be the beneficial owner and what needs to be submitted
