    You have the same keys, you have a lot of sounds which you can combine, you can even connect two of the pianos into one (I mean the sound), sometimes you have to do something with some random buttons and you have to play with legs also. And when you are playing organ with singing people, you have to listen to them too, listen to the pastor etc...

    That's definitly right... I continue in German, because I don't know all words in english...

    The organ is termed the king of instruments. Fortunately, nowadays everbody can afford to play a pipe organ by using a VPO-Software (VPO means Virtual Pipe Organ, where pipes of a real organ are sampled in studio quality. As a console, I use three 61-key MIDI-keyboards and a 27-key, MIDIfied pedalboard. Stops can be set from a touch-screen monitor. Of course a good 5.1-Audio-System is required. So I get the immersive organ sound of a cathedral in my flat. Of course, it's a good idea to learn to play an organ. ;-)

  • @retroman8424

    @retroman8424

    Spot on! The pipe organ is amazing. Nothing beats it in sure power and it produces a sound like no other. It is also a very versatile instrument with ranks of flutes, reeds, strings, brass and percussion. Depending on the organ of course, as there are so many and so many different ones that are customized for specific rooms and applications. But, I digress. I simply refer to it as "The King of instruments".

    I used to rule the world Chunks would load when I gave the word Now every night I go stow away Hide from the mobs I used to slay They once were terrified Every time I looked into their eyes Villagers would cheer my way For a hero I was, that's what they'd say One minute we had it all Next our world began to fall Away from all that it had once become They all cried for my help, but I stood there numb I gazed off into the boundless skyline Noteblock choirs playing in the sunshine Turn around, pick up my sword and wield The blade that once forced evil mobs to yield And hope one day that this chaos and Destruction turns for the better Never a bow in hand And that was when I ruled the land It was the creepers and skeletons Blew down the doors and boxed us in Arrows whizzing by like streaks of light I tried all that I could to stay and fight As the undead roamed the street Families broken at my feet Life itself suspended by a thread Oh, why is it that I wasn't dead I gazed off into the boundless skyline Note block choirs playing in the sunshine Turn around, pick up my sword and wield The blade that once forced evil mobs to yield If this battle should leave me slain I know Herobrine will call my name Better to take a stand And that was when I ruled the land I gazed off into the boundless skyline Noteblock choirs playing in the sunshine Turn 'round pick up my sword and wield The blade that once forced evil mobs to yield If this battle should leave me slain I know Herobrine will call my name Better to take a stand And that was when I ruled the land I gazed off into the boundless skyline Noteblock choirs playing in the sunshine Turn around, pick up my sword and wield The blade that once forced evil mobs to yield If this battle should leave me slain I know Herobrine will call my name Better to take a stand And that was when I ruled the land I gazed off into the boundless skyline Noteblock choirs playing in the sunshine Turn 'round pick up my sword and wield The blade that once forced evil mobs to yield If this battle should leave me slain I know Herobrine will call my name Better to take a stand And that was when I ruled the land

    +Jim Key America is still strapped to the old adage that music is feminine. This is still very prominent in the states, and is the main cause of some farm boy running off to the big city, and accepting an alternate Life Style. The same goes for the girls. Don't brainwash your children over the "right way to live, according to your Bible! This still goes on i n rural and small town America, especially The South, and Midwest. This method of raisin' kids helped fill up the Mental Hospitals in the 20's, 30's, and 40's, and now some families are reaping the whirl wind

    That's one reason why the organ is great, you can play a lot of voices at the same time. But viva la vida is not really that complicated compared to other pieces of music. You should look up some fugues by Bach, that stuff is impressive.

    I used to rule the world Seas would rise when I gave the word Now in the morning, I sleep alone Sweep the streets I used to own I used to roll the dice Feel the fear in my enemy's eyes Listen as the crowd would sing Now the old king is dead! Long live the king! One minute I held the key Next the walls were closed on me And I discovered that my castles stand Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand I hear Jerusalem bells are ringing Roman Cavalry choirs are singing Be my mirror, my sword and shield My missionaries in a foreign field For some reason I can't explain Once you go there was never, never a honest word And that was when I ruled the world It was a wicked and wild wind Blew down the doors to let me in Shattered windows and the sound of drums People couldn't believe what I'd become Revolutionaries wait For my head on a silver plate Just a puppet on a lonely string Oh, who would ever want to be king? I hear Jerusalem bells are ringing Roman Calvary choirs are singing Be my mirror, my sword and shield My missionaries in a foreign field For some reason I can't explain I know Saint Peter won't call my name Never an honest word But that was when I ruled the world Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh I hear Jerusalem bells are ringing Roman Calvary choirs are singing Be my mirror, my sword and shield My missionaries in a foreign field For some reason I can't explain I know Saint Peter won't call my name Never an honest word But that was when I ruled the world

    Does my heart so much good to see these young European men playing the organ, electronic or pipe makes me no never mind. Sadly this is something you don't see in the U.S. I guess the performing arts are held in higher esteem in Europe than they are in the U.S. :( There are only two companies that actively market console organs in this country, Hammond/Suzuki and Lowery. Makes me feel like my old Hammond and I are part of a dying breed. :(
