0:17 First thing, put the Bendi truck into gear.
Have a look around in your all around observation (GOBO Procedure) to make sure nobody's in the vicinity.
0:28 Next release the handbrake and slowly move forwards looking in the direction of travel and looking out for your pivot point which is centre of the front wheel.
Align up with the centre block of the pallet.
0:43 Once in position, stop the truck, put it into neutral, turn the wheel completely to the left.
0:57 Again put it into the gear, looking all around in your all round checks, moving slowly forward aligning the box up stopping six inches away from the racking.
1:12 Again applying the handbrake and putting it into neutral, take the tilt off.
1:22 Now raise the load looking up to make sure you have nothing overhead.
1:37 Stopping two inches above the racking, deposit the load back into its location.
1:47 Forward gear, again having a look around to make sure nobody is in the vicinity, releasing the handbrake and again slowly moving forwards steering outwards to make sure the load goes in nice and squarely.
2:14 Once it's in location, stop the truck, apply the handbrake and into neutral.
2:19 Now lower the load down nice and gently onto the racking.
2:30 Once the forks are nice and clear you can make a nice clean exit moving back out.
Again into gear, having a look around, releasing the handbrake and again looking in the direction of travel and also looking at the forks as they are coming out of the load.
Again applying the handbrake into neutral lowering the forks down.
3:17 Putting the forks now back into travel position.
3:24 Again into gear, have a look around releasing the handbrake in the front wheel so you can come back in a nice straight line.
And that's how you stack at eye level using a Bendi/ Flexi forklift truck.
