"I'm forgetful, I lose knives all the time." LOL! My 940 cost me $178, I try to keep up with it! Somebody should follow you around with a metal detector! I love my 940. For me, though, it may be an "EDC+." I like something just a little bit smaller for EDC, especially if I am in executive/professional attire. Even still, I'll carry the 940 just because I like it so much.

Glad your gonna carry that Gold class. I will never have safe queens. I don't see the point. Use it and enjoy it. Especially if I drop that much cash on something

Good to see you back again. I have a 940 and love it. I carry it alot,but not at at work. I have a Benchmade Rift I EDC at work. Benchmade's are hard to beat...you get what you pay for.

That's titanium, not aluminum like the blue class 940. I'm loving that knife!!!

I just got my first paramilitary 2. Sweet knife! A little big to be a "go to" EDC for me, but it will certainly get pocket time.

You can find them for way cheaper than 200 bucks! My local benchmade retailer sells them for 135

I really wanted a normal 940 but stumbled upon the limited Ti one, bought that but felt that it where too pretty and rare to use :P fast forward many years and i still never got the 940 i just overlooked that one as a flame from the past, untill a month ago when i got that same gold class model :) and that knife havent left my pocket since! ooh yeah might just have been that you misspoke but the gold class one sports titanium :)

Love my 940s. I have a limited edition titanium scaled flow through s30v blade. It an awesome knife but it fight for pocket time with my Paramilitary 2. Good vid sir!

Do you still have the Gold Class? If so, you should do a follow up, long term video.

Nice review. Thank you. That's an expensive knife to be "losing all the time." I would really be pissed if I lost a knife like that. And, if you paid $200 for it, you got ripped off. You can find them all over the place for less than $150. That Gold Class 940 is a beautiful knife. I like the looks of the handle better than the green one.

Just curious. Does the 940 have the same quality control issues, as the 940-1 (which I love the esthetics)? I didn't originally like the blade design, but it's really grown on me. I've also read, that Benchmade no longer charges to sharpen their knives.
