I'm simply pointing out why they're not STRICT reps. Third, me giving criticism doesn't mean I think it's not impressive. And finally, I think it's funny you say that, because I'm definitely able to repeat that. I'd actually qualify for nationals in my country if I decided to compete. Funny story about predator. All the actors like Carl weathers, Arnold, Jesse the body Ventura would all secretly work out so they could look bigger than the others as an alpha male thing. They had a community gym and worked out together but they still did their own secret lifts. Carl weathers for example would wake up an extra hour early, go to the gym to lift and get a pump, go back upstairs to shower and come back down when everyone else woke up and be like “oh you guys are lifting and getting a pump? I don’t need to because I’m this big normally”. Arnold would make cameramen and light techs spot him when he lifted in secret and would force them to lift as well. One camera guy was like “fuck Arnold. He would make us work out with him but when he was spotting us he kept yelling one more and kept forcing us to do more reps even though we’re just normal ass people”

A: Buff Dad is amazing! 73 and THAT JACKED!? No wonder his sons followed in his footsteps. I hope Buff Mom is proud of her man :-) It warms my heart to see you guys have such a warm, positive relationship with your dad. I didn't (and don't) have that with mine, so when I it with other people, it makes me smile :-)

LOL it was really fun to watch you guys!! I really enjoyed the whole video. Also, mad props to Buff Dad for benching that much weight at his age!! Just one thing I would like to point, most of the reps of all three weren't strict in the sense that the elbow wasn't very extended. However, it was a just for fun competition so it doesn't matter
