He seems incredibly intelligent, well spoken and his tactical knowledge is through the roof for someone who is only 28. His potential is fantastic but he isn't ready for a job yet, wait 10 years or so

Carlos is such a good speaker he is a real people's person he wants to understand the players he wants get the absolute best out of them we are lucky to have him and he's so young aswell only 28

I hope Cuesta doesn't leave us. Obviously I'd want him to do well if he did but he seems such an integral part of Artetas set up and I imagine he's a great guy to have around to translate if it's needed
