He isn’t really the most physically fit of his aliens and without enhancements a lot of his time manipulation comes down to hitting people individually with his time rays or getting in contact with something. On paper he’s strong, but I’d doubt he’d get the opportunity to shine to his max potential.

To clarify on the 26 dimensions mentioned, it's specified that they're not talking about universes. The naijain mother says that humans are a very young species, only able to perceive 3 dimensions, Ben asks how many there are and she responds with only 26 that matter. It's also a reference to the real-life Bosonic String Theory which predicts 26 dimensions.

While I COMPLETLY agree that it was definitely meant to be mathematical spatial dimensions and a reference to Bosonic String Theory, to be fair it wouldn't necessarily give any higher dimensional scaling that would help. Keep in mind that when it comes to dimensions and even in Bosonic String Theory, there are different forms the relationship between dimensions can take. Extra Large Dimensions is the form that results in what people tend to think of for higher D scaling, the whole "higher infinite" and "larger spaces containing lower ones" thing. But dimensions and Bosonic String Theory also can have Compact Dimensions where there would be 3D space + 1D time = 4D universe/Continuum/Spacetime but the other 22D would be compacted on a small scale. So while these Ds can still be said to "Matter" to the structure of the universe, having them would not equate to the Higher D scaling that give one superiority. SO basically the context tells us 26D DOES exist but it does NOT tell as in what form they exist as even the specific Theory being referenced has different ideas that would result in very different scaling.

Being above 26th spatial dimension doesn't make him inherently hyperversal, mostly because dimensional scaling doesn't exist in Ben 10. This is the same series where 5D contumelia need a barrier to protect them from an annihilaargh, which only creates one universe.

Of course Bill turned all of the ponies into a massive throne of frozen human agony (echo and then thunder sound effect). Wonder if his henchmaniacs will try to help him out?

One key thing to remember about Yubel: Her attack redirection isn't an active ability, it's a passive one that's always there. Yubel doesn't necessarily have to "do it" as it happens whenever the condition of "when this card battles" is fulfilled

I will say this, it pains me to see that the only form people focus on is Alien X. The watch itself had incredible abilities, Ben prefers to try other aliens unless needed and most of all, it's all about the creativity. Ben's ability to use what he has is one of the only thing that stays true through every series.

That’s the folly when arguing stuff like this. Instead of thinking of the sheer number of possible ways it can go down, it easier to point at what’s the strongest and then say “but can it beat that”. I don’t think the way Death Battle introduced Alien X to viewers really helped things either as “but there’s one alien he can always rely on, Alien X”(or something like that) makes it seem like Alien X is the arbitrary standard that Ben goes into for any problem that comes about.

They always give there strongest forms like Cosmic Spidey, The Darkest Knight, Immotal Hulk, Superman 1 million. Everyone is always gonna give the strongest form or feat of any character lol, it doesn’t just happen with Ben!!!

I’d also argue just purely on how game mechanics work for yugioh. If Jaiden is bringing every mechanic of yugioh to real life, then ironically it forces Ben to allow Jaiden to respond to his moves because of how yugioh fundamentally works, a player MUST be given time to respond to an opponent’s plays and vice versa. There is no such thing as “being too late to use something” unless the duelist voluntarily decides to pass up that window of opportunity. Jaiden can easily respond to Alien X with cards Ben can’t even counter such as Solemn Strike, Solemn Judgment, and Super Polymerization. Both Solemn Strike and Judgment can stop Ben from even bringing out Alien X because they negate the summon, meaning it prevents Alien X from even hitting the field. Super Polymerization at a fundamental level prevents opponents from responding to it so Ben literally has to watch as he gets fused away into something else.

Yeahhh. I think this’d be a better episode if Sam did more research. Even the Naljians thing, the chat and Ink Tank themselves had to tell him about it, and even then he was like “it’s not specified” when it very much is.

A big problem with the "Alien X just blitzes him" at the start, is that it completely relied on Alien X getting the first move in. And that narrative kept being strung several times over, without considering the fact Jaden could speed blitz Alien X instead by going first.

Liam’s logic when arguing against a character is that if their show/movie doesn’t explicitly show them doing something, then they 100% cannot do that thing. In the main continuity, Ben only turns into Alien X like 6 times, and only TWO of those times are for combat (against the Galactic Gladiator & against the Rooters). In those two brief appearances, Ben only really scratches the surface of what X can do. Liam assumes that because Alien X has never been shown to erase someone from existence in the show, then he cant do it

Ben doesn’t summon anything. It’s stupid that that was an argument. I still think Jaden maybe wins (though I think a stalemate is more likely), but Yu-Gi-Oh rules that apply to summons wouldn’t apply to transformations.

At first glance Ben wins because of Alien X but then I started to really think back on Yugioh GX lore & realized that Jaden actually has a chance, hell, maybe even beat Ben. Jaden unlike other Yugioh protags has powers that aren't geared to having an advantage in the game. The guy has the powers to turn his cards real (monsters come to life, spells, traps) so in theory, he does have the same amount of utility compared to a lot of Ben's Aliens except for Alien X. The only counter for Alien X is Super Polymerization. Its something so powerful that it could fuse multiple universes. Iirc even an adult ben who was using the fusion form of atomix & alien X was killed by like a multiverse bomb in omniverse right?

Duel spirits don't need a dule disk or cards they can just use card effect. 1 both skills magicians battle phoenix. But they don't have cards or dule disks just using effect. They use the ritual spell to turn in to king of armageddon. 2 harpie use a and equip effect and use that spell to turn in to the 3 harpie sisters. 3 chaos magician summoned his dule disk. 4 jinzo use gaint cards with his mind that he summon. 5 yubel did it all the time. Jaden has the same spirit power. So jaden can just use card effect

this one sounds doable. id still think ben wins, but a yugioh combatant would still be awesome to see in the death battle arena

I know everything about yugioh gx he did a ok job. But he mist alot. Like the light of destruction the creator of destiny. power to see and control all future. Jaden was uneffected. So the thing that controls every out come in the Multiverse has no power over jaden he makes his own fate. Or the beast gods just them stand was destroying all life in the Multiverse but jaden was uneffected. Or that jaden is as old as the universe.

Alien x has at minimum has 26 multi dimensional power so whether jaden could actually beat him idk
