Being a Dave isn't always easy!!

That was fun. I am a wanna-be blacksmith. I plan to make a belt buckle shortly for a belt I am making. Just out looking for some ideas. Thanks for sharing yours. I subbed and LIked. Thanks

Awesome, welcome! I was surprised how much time it took to "tune" my odd design in but now use it daily. Most buckles have nothing showing behind the pivot rod the belt wraps on.

nice buckle mate some one is going to enjoy it . About getting the length you need for your projects try using a length of string , Just follow the patten from end to end cut it off and that's the length you need . Cheers. :)

I sometimes use a length of soft solder. Lay it in the center of you work, then straiten it out and you've got it. Just found your site.
