**CRANBERRIES** were not included in this video due to how dangerous it is to farm them, especially early game. With Cranberries instead of Apples, you'd end up with a 100% Buff instead of 90%.

Eat Fine stew before the apple ends then when The Cloud berry gets over half way eat another apple... look at your bonuses cycle 4-5 foods without letting it drop off. Enjoy

I have noticed that and wonder if it's a bug or it's intended.

I had the toughest time getting feathers, then I built the Hunters lodge or hut, (Something like that) And put a priority on killing the birds and now I find feathers in my storage.

I still have yet to test it on our Villagers but if it does man what a pita it would be to keep everyone's buff rolling.

Cranberries not too bad if you go north of blackwaterpool instead of the conflux of patrol routes near (also north...) where the peat is. There's a road north which has patrols but plenty of time to harvest.

Oh, alo, cloudberries and fish are sold at you convenient fish'n'berries store east of padstow (right by the lake - other side to the guy with the fishing quest)

the 'easy' cranberries are almost due west of Padstow, by the way, and you don't need to cross that bridge 🙂

You're not wrong but for the EARLY game Player that is inexperienced, it's much safer for them to just buy Apples, considering they're also cheap.

@@delindsay Honestly I found getting down there one of the last things I did - far too scary! If you go up into the mountains, north of all the bandits camps, the trip ovre to the cranberries is safe enough - couple of wolves and a boar to negotiate

It's worth a mention that all these buffs must be active by the END of the book being read or else it won't take effect.

I haven't found that to be true, that you'll still get a fair bit of added XP bonus even if one or more fall off before the end. That said, it is EA and maybe I have a "good Bug" where it's giving me the benefit of the XP Buff even worn off maybe.

@@jommama1220 Honestly it's hard to say. I've tried testing it but I never get an exact result, i.e. never EXACTLY +100% (if I use Cranberries instead of Apples) even when I never let ANY of the buffs run out.

@@skylenas9346 I'd say the majority are stating the end. I haven't been able to get reliable results in my testing so the BEST way is to keep the buffs rolling without any gaps.
