He's with echo yes but he's in love with Clarke which is canon since Octavia said it in s5! Plus everything in s6 proves it - he grieved for her, when he found out she was still alive he did everything to save her, he refused to give up on her even when Gabriel & Octavia told him to, the hugggggggg and then when they reunited in the finale they hugged and he made her feel better then they hugged again they literally cling to each other! And s7 is the last season so if their not endgame it'll literally make no sense, if they make becho endgame it'll be the most wtf stupidest endgame ever!

It’s their way of saying they love each other. You realize they don’t even do those thing to anyone else? Not Clarke to her mom when she was alive, they didn’t have any little saying that resembled that they live each other (beside there are no bad guys or something like that). I haven’t heard Bellamy say he live echo either...
