Loved watching this tour around that mine. That tour guide was an interesting story teller and very informative.

I have just finished experiencing this tour and it was amazing. My wife is from Bell Island. We will now be returning every few years. God Bless the beautiful people of Bell Island & Newfoundland. I hope to retire here. :-)

I was born on Bell Island. My mother, Mary Murphy, could not go to the Hospital in St. John's because the bay was filled with ice! My dad, Patrick Murphy was Chief Engineer of the Company!

247 levels and they could only get to level 23.............totally hard to imagine this

Too bad they could not pump out another 10 levels or so. My guess they would uncover a vast amount of relics.

Be careful of da tour guide... he's 'Funny'.
