We stayed at the incredible Table Rock Jungle Lodge, one of the best belize resorts in our opinion. Belize hotels run the gamut but Table Rock was luxurious and quiet and incredibly friendly. We loved the jungle sounds in our brief adventure there, and the eco lodge aesthtic. The staff was great and it was such a great break from the hostel path we'd been following.
