Well honestly probably better off that way. Fully equipped legions of primaris marines ready to go at a moments notice, rather have more fully trained bodies than unmanned equipment.

You know at no point did Gulliman ever think to go. "Hey Cawl, you're 10,000 years old right? You remember what we dreamed of, what we fought for. The whole point of the imperium?" "Yes my primarch" *Looks around at the current imperium* "What the actual shit Cawl!?"

Cawl probably has a (slightly) different perspective tho. Because no doubt the fact that Mechanicus was given leeway to worship the omnisiah and by extension the emperor has had a lot to do with the proliferation of the God Emperor faith. But we have the emperor himself for unleashing the Astartes on the galaxy because they are arguably the worst thing to have happened to humanity lol. Now chaos has never been stronger and there are near immortal, chaos corrupted biological superweapons running amuck for the past 10 thousand years...tearing rifts clear across the galaxy and shit lol. Even the Iron man uprising and psycher plague only lasted a few thousand. And we defeated both without the aid of a single space marine lol.

Yeah, it bugged me too. His name is Reboot - a reference to the fact that Yvraine had to turn him off and then on again to fix his wounded body.

Just to clarify cawl does not want to be fabricator general, specifically the cawl inferior continues to beseech roboute gilliman to appoint the true cawl to the position. Whether this is a suble ploy by cawl to obtain the position or not, is a truth known only the cawl himself. Love your videos.

You need to make a correction. Cawl Inferior asked to be made Fabricator General, NOT Cawl himself. Cawl states himself he does not want to be Fabricator General. I believe this is mentioned in the book Genefather.

This whole video was very informative and entertaining with some good pictures along the way!!! But I do have a question (which while writing it out, it might lead to more)…… So you said Roboute knew what he was doing and how he was clearly crossing the line to create illegal things and being, right? If so then what (if anything) did he do to stop him? And if he didn’t why not?!? I’m not sure if I actually understand the difference between a regular SM and a Primaris SM?!? The only thing I’ve seen is that it has more of a variety of different suits!?! Is that it?

The primaris are basically just space marines2.0 they are bigger and stronger and overall better soldiers. I think you’re asking why guilliman didn’t try to stop cawl from making them right? I think it’s mainly because they’re better than space marines and the empire needs them right now.

@@Max-zr7hr yes, that’s what I was asking….. mostly….. I know this is a “fiction” and can get away with a lot (even when it makes zero sense)!?! But many other fiction also cover this! And for the most part, follow the same rules!?! And that is, once you start allowing yourself to break the rules because “you NEED to”, it becomes very difficult to stop yourself from breaking the rules because “you want to”!?!
