Belews Lake NC Bass Fishing 03/24/2024 Had a hard time finding nice size fish today.

Couldn't find the big fish today. There was a big storm the day before and the water temps went from 62 to 58. I think that and the sunny day made things difficult. Plus I was really sick

Dave you absolutely made my day by reeling in that white bass. I've been told by numerous people that they were in there but I've never seen one. I even had a state biologist tell me there weren't any in the lake! I went crappie fishing last Saturday and did okay trolling long lines. Crappie were still deep, 20-25'

There are actually a lot in that lake. I bet a caught 50last year. I typically don’t put them on my videos
caught about a 10 pound limit of spots sunday, but it was a grind

That’s pretty good for Sunday. I heard a lot of people did not catch anything. It’s the way that lake works though.
