Судя по видео этот мужик за год уложил топливный. Какой он тогда молодец. Или может я ошибаюсь.

How did you set the timing on that pump?I really doubt that you just put it on the engine and everything was timed perfectly

The timing is set differently. The pump goes on only in one position. And I have not touched the timing so far at all.

@@hrz4x4 that's what i was wondering.If the pump goes on the engine in a certain way or maybe you can mess up the timing by putting it in a wrong position or by spinning the drive shaft

On newer model I think the system has changed and you can install the pump in wrong. But not on this one - only one position to install the pump.

@@hrz4x4 i have to rebuild the injection pump on my 820 so this is what im afraid of.I think that im not going to be able to put it back the way it was after it comes back from the workshop

Newer mtz 82 has "stronger" fuel pump 4yutni and injectors are set on 210.

Around 170-175 as i remember, that pump is from mtz 952-892 turbo engine 90hp that's why can support that setings on 210, only no turbo corrector on the pump and fuel consumption is not increased like on 90hp.

I would have to disagree. fuel consumption is exceptional compared to some newer stuff.

@@hrz4x4 You might have right. Have no experience with newer tractors. What i can say - my MTZ without turbo and heavy load goes every hill much faster than modern tractors, and dont need lower gear than 7 or 6.

Made in Russia. Don't remember the price. I remember It was twice as much as repairing the old one.

@hrz4x4 do you have any footage of how the lines are ran past the right rear wheel up to the first fuel filter? Im having trouble with the gravity fed system on mine delivering fuel from the tanks to the first fuel filter housing.

The line just runs there, it really does not matter. Maybe you have the line clogged or something blocking in the fuel tank. It's quite common to have some hay etc in the tanks :)

hrz4x4 we put an in-line filter there to help clean fuel. Could that mess up the flow? The balls in my tank drain plugs disappeared and I welded the holes closed... could that cause me problems?

@hrz4x4 when we went to parts store they gave us 3/8 injector pump rated fuel line. I’m not even 100% sure it was the right size?

hrz4x4 the fuel flows out of the petcocks with what looks to be nice flow. But it just won’t go up that line to the first filter. I’m lost and frustrated.

@@georgezentkovich1962 Maybe you don't have enought fuel in the tanks to get the gravity flow going. Just try to prime the system with the manual fuel pump on the injector pump. open a line going to the injector pump and start pumping. If the manual pump is working it should prime the system fast. Maybe 50-70 pumps.

They did come with turbos. I own one export mtz 825 turbo. I've heard of people adding turbos with mixed reviews- some report better fuel economy and more power, others say the engine cant handle it and falls apart. I love mine, gotta love that whistling turbo engine sound!
