This is beautiful. It is so hard to stay true to the authentic self when there is so much social media influence. I deleted my instagram and Facebook and I have seen SO MUCH growth in how I feel about authenticity and joy in the present moment. Life is beautiful and meant to be lived fully. Not lived through a lense. You don't need the permission of viewers to enjoy your life
Isn't this true, lately I have been hearing what I am saying about myself to others, always the golden version.
Really appreciate this lady's honesty and openness here. It's the best way to teach what she is saying. Thank you!
Stay away from anyone who tells you "to succeed, you have to be fake".
Now this moved me, a lot of authenticity here.

I agree. I had to give up instagram and Facebook this year bc something about those platforms specifically disrupted so much authenticity. I found they were robbing me of being able to fully show up as my authentic self and I wanted to live life as fully present in the moment as I possibly can. Cheers and blessings to you!

Yes. THIS. So much. I’ve been going through some deep realizations this week, and the desire to consciously move toward greater authenticity has been a huge part of what’s been occurring for me. This talk resonates powerfully. Thank you for sharing your journey and your insights.

I don't go in for all that authentic stuff, the new buzz word. But this is!!!
I felt like you were talking about me and how I sugar coat everything.
