BEING A SECOND GENERATION IMMIGRANT || Let's Change the Narrative

Hi hello let's discuss being a second-gen immigrant: some common narratives, why perpetuating the current narrative is problematic, and how we can bring about change and positivity to the experience of growing up as a second-generation immigrant. This isn't about repressing your negative experiences but rather talking about them constructively so that we can help others and create a more culturally conscious society. As always, we talk about culture, language, and spreading love!

I'm not a second generation immigrant, but I'm a 1.5 generation immigrant (which means I moved as a child) and I still relate to this :)
