I've eaten one of those in Beijing! I really miss it! Life is really tough for Chinese merchants such as this one, having to wake up early to already start making the fried dough before even opening their stand :(

OMG this is my favorite. Actually the origin of this one is Tianjin, not Beijing since I saw the youtiao packed inside.

Masa, huevo, cebolla, especies, aceite, *volitada*, pasta dulce de frijol de soya, chile, harina frita, frijol seco y rábano, cacahuate, mas pasta dulce de soya y chile.
