This problem is normally caused by incorrect sound settings. Try CONFIG -> Sound Setup and verify that your sound settings are correct for the sound card(s) that you are using then click APPLY. Also, make sure that you have the latest drivers and firmware installed from the manufacturer's website. If you are using an external sound card or a MIDI controller with a built-in sound card, make sure that it is connected to your computer BEFORE starting VirtualDJ. Head to VDJ website for more info.

It may have something to do with your MIDI mapping or the software you are using not talking to one another properly. Deckadance should work fine right out of the box but Traktor and others may need some initial setup maintenance including properly downloading the mapping flles from Behringer. Have you tried contacting Behringer about this?

So I have the 2a, and I was wondering how the lights are different. It shows on boxes and online that the buttons turn blue when pressed. My lights are only orange, and they stay orange. I noticed that when i press both play and cue buttons at the same time, the lights blink. Also, I have the Deckadance that came with the hardware, and it will randomly say "Deckadance demo mode, no sound for 6 seconds." and mute everything for 6 seconds. Any help on the lights and what the software problem is?

is the side of the platter touch sensitive as well, in other words whilst scratch mode is engaged does touching the side of the platter act as pitch bend or scratch?

Virtual dj 7 is at its best..deckadance2 is nice but is not quite good for scratching

where is the Gain???? WTF the BCD 3000 has separate gain for each channel, why go backwards. I was interested in this controller actually excited about upgrading, but I use GAIN!!! oh well need to find a different controller, going to be hard to match behringer prices though

Por vuestro interés, os requiero unos minutos de atención, gracias. Me llamo José Manuel y soy un damnificado por la garantía de Music-Group, titular de la marca Behringer. Compre unas cajas acústicas VP-2520 y a los tres meses se quemaron todos sus elementos... TODOS... las membranas de los agudos y las bobinas de los graves... todos.... Recurrí a la garantía y ahí empezó mi pesadilla. Primero me la deniegan porque la garantía Behringer solo cubre un año y mi plazo ha cumplido. Las dos cosas son mentira. En España por ley es obligatorio dar dos años de garantía y como ya he dicho, mis altavoces tenían tres meses. En ese mismo correo me mandan un presupuesto para la reparación que asciende a una cantidad que casi alcanza el valor de nuevo de las cajas acústicas. Esto me ocurre después de haberles enviado toda la documentación que me piden. Por supuesto la factura de compra va entre esos documentos. Cuando les respondo y les demuestro que la ley española dice otra cosa y vuelvo a mandarle la factura, me dicen que disculpe el error, que en realidad es que la avería se produce por sobresaturación por usar los altavoces sin seguir las especificaciones del fabricante. Les respondo y les demuestro que además de las cajas, compre el limitador que ellos recomiendan y la etapa de potencia que ellos recomiendan, (por supuesto de su misma marca) además de un estabilizador de AC y un rack para proteger el conjunto y una tapa para evitar manipulaciones accidentales del limitador. Para demostrarles todo esto les vuelvo a mandar todas las facturas de todo. Y digo vuelvo, porque ya se las había mandado dos veces además de haberlas incluido en los embalajes de las cajas cuando se las llevan para repararlas. Ahhh… por supuesto, las conservo en su embalaje original y están en impecable estado de conservación y así se los envío. Y llega el momento surrealista… me responden que el hecho de poner todas las medidas que exige el fabricante no garantizan que los aparatos no se averíen…. Curiosamente me dicen que eso es “como si comprar un coche nuevo y lo gripas por mal uso o como si te compras un cuchillo y te cortas con el a pesar de las medidas de seguridad que impone el fabricante”…. No, no es una broma. Me responden eso… En fin, que no me queda otra solución que presentar una reclamación y reclamarles que me devuelvan el dinero que gaste en los altavoces y en el material que compre para protegerlos y que según ellos mismos, “no garantizan nada”, además de una indemnización casi simbólica por los perjuicios que me han creado y por el tiempo que pase sin poder disfrutar de mis altavoces. En los siguientes post publico todo el contenido de la reclamación para demostrar que esto no es una calumnia ni una historia ficticia de alguien resentido con la marca Behringer. Esta es mi historia y estoy seguro de que no es la única. Os invito a compartir vuestra experiencia siempre que podáis demostrar que es real para que todo el mundo sepa cómo responden a su garantía y si les robamos clientes por su propia conducta, ese perjuicio que les creamos a quienes nos han estafado ofreciendo una garantía que en realidad no protege de nada. Cuando tenga respuesta de las autoridades de consumo las iré publicando, así como cualquier cosa nueva que pueda surgir. No se si al final me reembolsaran mi dinero, pero espero que al menos no les salga gratis. ALL ... membranes treble and bass coils ... all burned .... I turned to the guarantee and there began my nightmare. First I refused because the Behringer warranty only covers one year and my term is completed. The two things are lies. In Spain is required by law to give two-year warranty and as I said, my speakers had three months. In the same mail they send me a quote for the repair amounting to an amount that almost reaches the value back of the speakers. This happens to me after having sent all the documentation they ask me. Of course the invoice is among those documents. When I respond and show them that the Spanish law says otherwise and again to send the bill, they tell me that excuse the mistake, which is actually the fault is caused by oversaturation by using the speakers without following the manufacturer's specifications. I answer and show them that besides the boxes, buy limiter that they recommend and the power stage they recommend, (of course of the same brand) in addition to a stabilizer AC and a rack to protect the assembly and a cap to avoid accidental manipulations of the limiter. To demonstrate this I again send all invoices all. And I say again, because she had already sent twice besides having included in packaging boxes when they take them to repair them. Ahhh ... of course, I keep them in their original packaging and are in impeccable condition and thus the shipment. And the surreal moment comes ... I respond that the fact put all the steps required by the manufacturer can not guarantee that the devices do not they break down .... Interestingly they tell me that's "like buying a new car and flus by misuse or if you buy a knife and cut despite the security measures imposed by the manufacturer" .... No, it's not a joke. I answer that ...
