Start at the top and brush upward into your work as you go. If you keep brushing down you will not have brush marks rather than a smooth, blended look.

How do you start at the top and brush up into your work?

Best paint advise is prepping your surface - anyone can figure if they need tape. This video would lead you to think you are selling tape . No painting advise what so ever.

Thank you- the key note is to remove tape while paint is still wet. I waited until the next day to be safe and ruined my new painted walls. 😮

Real painters don’t use blue tape, we use tape to hold up plastic at the door way so sanding dust doesn’t travel through out the house ! Everything is brushed and rolled on, no tape ! It’s not hard to learn how to use a brush the way your supposed to ! First learn the difference between an oil brush and a latex brush, and teach yourself how to cut in ceilings to walls and walls to trim ,etc ! And if you do hire painters if they start blue taping they’re not painters ! They crossed the border and their keeping 3M blue tape co, in business ! If you hire out someone or six , make sure they know what their doing ,ask for 6 addresses that they have painted the interior’s ! And go knock on doors and ask if you can see a room or 2 , or leave a note and ask that they call you . Find out if their blue tape painters or if their real painters or not ?

The paint is so shit now 😂 used to be such a good paint now it’s just water
