Ryan Pace’s drafting was and will be awesome. The only true miss was Trubisky. He’s been nothing but elite, and hits on his drafting. We all fail but then learn from our mistakes. I’m hoping Nagy also learned from his mistakes of playcalling from last year and hopefully we become elite once again. Can’t wait for the upcoming years ahead of us🐻⬇️💯

I love how excited he was when he got drafted. That was legit good stuff.

Love the reaction from Thomas Graham and his family.. That’s just a life changing moment for something he worked his ass off his whole life for and to get the call you’ve made it and for him to react like that is just priceless.. I’ll be rooting for that kid a little harder after seeing that…

I feel like this year will be like the year they reduced the number of rounds. a bunch of guys that would have been drafted were still available after, and teams that took those guys were rewarded. this year it's with the opt out. really hurt guys like graham but helped the bears

25:35 is by far my favorite part of the video. For them to say that is a very good sign for fields. They both have been around a long time and have been around a lot of talent so for them to say that about Justin on the first day gets me so excited.

I didn’t follow fields that much pre draft just because I didn’t think the bears had any chance in hell at landing him but to see the narratives about him (lazy, not intelligent, first read qb) and to see who he actually is now that I’ve been obsessively watching his stuff I can’t comprehend where these narratives came from. But hey I’m glad somebody put them out because I think they handed the bears the qb they’ve been desperately waiting for. 🐻⬇️

@@Juice-lh2bb yeah idk how any of those narratives came out but we are lucky they did. It’s crazy tho that the polar opposite of all those narratives is what is true: “he’s not smart”- when in reality he is one of the smartest prospects ever. “He’s only a one read QB” when in reality out of all QB prospects this year he was the most accurate after his first read and went beyond the first read the most.

I still cannot believe we got Fields AND Jenkins. I desperately wanted both of them and somehow Pace worked his magic

They will have made a significant contribution to the Bears and the city of Chicago by doing so. Now we move on to a new leadership regime that we hope can actually develop him completely. So far, so good!

Honestly was pleased with the draft this year. I just want my Bears to finally win the division again.
