Someone linked heatrock on Reddit.. I fell in love with their message. I'm not religious/spiritual but this man is blessed. Also, Fat is such a beautiful life partner to have.

This was so inspiring and reminded me so much of my marriage especially the friendship first and someone being there for you when you have nothing but them believing in you and your purpose.

Low key, I had started listening to Tobe and it wasn’t until I went through 2 projects that I realized he didn’t use profanity. That meant a great deal to me, I stopped using profanity in my music awhile back but became very self conscious about releasing anything. When I came across Shine and Against The Grain... man let’s just say I hold those songs in high regards. Hands down I will say 2 of the GREATEST songs of all time. No cap #thankyou #livewithapurpose

He’s been in love with her. I feel like he loved her so much he couldn’t even accept or admit it to himself because it was scary, but her bringing his children into this world and hanging in the balance between life and death probably made him confront it in a way that he just had to admit it.

in another interview she said she had gotten away from her spiritual background of being brought up in the church in Michigan & started being more about that club life Houston. But then she wanted to get back to that so she & a gf heard him speaking & was like ok this church got some zaddies in here. He shot her down because since he had stopped being with the thotties he thought she was coming at him like that. It was only when she starting getting back to God that he noticed her realness.

From the look of recent interviews it seems as if he’s matured a lot, talks to her completely different, and Fat gets him together before he even attempt to be funny. People grow everyday and sometimes we meet people in the middle of their growing process! With this in mind I’ve learned that I can’t get an entire picture of someone’s life or relationship in just a couple minutes.

That's awesome! I was homeless in hurricane Harvey because of that condition I got no help. Enough of that it hurt me to see all those who lost their belongings to that storm. Charitable organizations were doing these people so grimey! I volunteered at a church doing hurricane relief and saw even more corruption. Smh
