For anyone wondering what the meaning of this video is, here is my deciphering of the symbolism hidden inside it: The video presents a man who lives his life isolated, devoid of hope, with his wife deceased, and everything around him being meaningless and mundane. Apparently, when he visits the school, he is about to reach for the pen (representation of knowlede and dispute) but he is reluctanτ. Nevertheless, facing the nothingness wherein he dwells and the iniquitous death of his wife, doubt pierce him sharp and pungent (as witnessed in the scene where the pen hit the floor) thus he decides to look for answers in the house of god. Upon his arrival he finds the church to be empty... The purpose of the video is to demonstrate how people often need false idols to beseech when life becomes strenuous. Also, there is an acute symbolism refering to the Apocalypse riders. Nergal being Death (Priest), Inferno being Pestilence (The well of water), Orion being War (Blacksmith) and Seth being Hunger (The crop farmer). The apocalypse theme refers to the end of an era, as in the end of protagonist's false Illusions and his departure from christian beliefs.

Behemoth is the first metal band that I listened to, and my respect for it goes way beyond any other metal band from any other sub-genre. Inner sanctum only increases that respect more.

My very first concert was at the Masquerade in Tampa, FL when my then boyfriend was getting me into music, and Behemoth, Nile, Black Dahlia Murder were all opening for King Diamond. We walked in just as Behemoth started and it was the craziest thing I'd ever heard. If that set wasn't enough to turn me into a lifelong fan, the hug I got from Nergal at the merchandise table afterwards sealed it. (Got a hug from KD as well \m/)

The video is about the old man whose wife died. He's lonely and all the objects in the house remind him about her, he misses her so much.While he tries to forget her (see how he tries to do all the housework) those four men in the village see him and don't help him. Then he decides to take most of the things in the house (see the cross - faith) and leave. He almost fails in his attempt to go to the church, he finally gets there and he sees that the church is empty (his faith was useless).
