    6-7 years ago I was working out inspired of Tony Horton's videos and I loved it. I don't know what happened...I guess life...and fell off the wagon. For a week now, I don't know what came over me, but I'm back on the wagon. Not easy because of the lost time and muscle not responding like before, but now somehow my mindset is different and I love it! The interviews on this channel helped a lot! Thank you!🙏😍

    i wish you can be my doctor....they've made it so discouragingly painful to book an appointment: Surgery never answers the phone, when I go to the door, despite seeing me on the camera, waiting in the cold only to get a link from them to a website that only has limited generic medical conditions to book appointments for; I've got 3 appointments (backed up) that I've been trying to book since covid and it's just a quandry... i dispair for ppl like my octagenarian relatives who can't get their head around this technology that's not all that user friendly.
