Thanks for noticing Eric! My 2024 goal is one per week. Hopefully I’ll make it but we’re doing stationary jobs this spring and summer so it’ll be a challenge to make it each week.

I'm born and raised in SE Texas...super proud of my home state. I do have to admit that unless you're fishing, our beaches aren't very good. The best beach experience is in Port Aransas or South Padre Island.

Glad you are heading west, we just got back from Quartzsite (TC rally), we will be heading back out in a couple of months, going full-time! We avoid cities and interstates if possible (especially New Orleans, Atlanta, etc..) small towns are really cool and great restaurants, good mellow folks!! I'm sure we will see ya on the road, be safe!!

28' truck camper? I know what you meant, but How long is the truck by itself?

I’d say the truck by itself is 23 feet. The camper overhangs by 2 feet beyond that and then the dirtbike carrier kicks it another 3 feet in length. I can still back into a parking space and fit which is my favorite aspect of the size of our rig.

So is your truck a long bed or a short bed I guess how many inches long is the bed

Thanks for the question and for watching. Trucks longer than a long bed. 9’4” worth of bed length because the truck is a cab and chassis. One of the many benefits of buying a cab and chassis truck is the bed length and the frame design to accommodate a flatbed without increasing the bed height in the way you would have to raise the bed height on a pickup body.
