    Thanks bro, I am kind overweight, not very tall (like 5'6), not in good shape at all. But, I want to work out and get a better body so I can feel better at myself as well as be healthier (and hopefully attract the ladies more as well lol). This helped me gain a first step, the rest will be up to me. But if Rand can get back up no matter how difficult or challenging it can get when his literal world is on his shoulders, I can keep up with becoming healthier. Great video man!
