One tip wrong in my video! During Ghazgkhull, it seems it's better to drop your spawns AFTER the stormboys come in because one appears for every spawn you have. So worth trying out and seeing if that is better! Thanks to everyone who let me know this, I am still learning too

Dropping minions on Ghaz has to be done carefully, since they get to the hit cap before the main characters can attack, specially if you haven't killed Gibbascraps boss adjutant (max 4 attacks), like it seems to be the case in the vid. Also, since Ghaz moves a lot, these minion attacks often happen without having Eldryon in place. Other than that, agree with pretty much everything you said. Gotta admire the dedication in collecting data!

It works best to use Re'vas and have everyone group around her. If you position her correctly you can use her active and not summon any drones. This is especially good because it means that Re'vas can overwatch all of the stormboys and keep your whole team alive. This will also prevent your drones from taking any of the limited attacks against Ghaz before he buffs his armor and takes practically no damage. I've found it best to limit yourself to one summoner. Bellator works really well because each summon has 6 hits. The more hits you have to work with Eldryon's doom the better it is. I'd have to put Aun'shi as my current favorite character.

Aleph Null is my Favourite character as his summon 1 hit most at S1 and his heal on Revas helps heaps for arena

Gahzguhl summon as many ork as you have pawns on the map. so spamming summons with Archi, Yarrick and Aleph will add a bunch more of ennemy summons. I would at least wait after Gahzguhll call his boyz to summon.

My favorite character is Archimatos. This really helped, especially on how to get that wily necron to come down for my melee characters. I'm glad you focused on Silver 1 as that is what I'm currently trying to get my raid group/arena group to.

Great choice of character! I think there are a lot of players around the silver ranks that need help more than the ones at the top. I just came through silver level so definitely understand the struggles!

He has limited use, but I love Harkan. He does great work for me in arena after picking off some spawns or kill stealing to buff him. He's also been really accessible for a beginner which is really appreciated. Great guide, I've only got black legion and aleph to silver, so its really useful!

First off. Thank you for giving us such detailed and helpful information. Your videos are well done and beneficial, as everyone can easily get the most out of their characters. As far as my favorite character.... Definitely Isabella. She singlehandedly can save any team in Onslaught, and is Very good in LE's, PvE and Quest modes. I just got her to Gold I. I'm trying to make a full Gold I lineup, and she's still the key component. Thanks again for all your hard work and efforts on our behalf. Keep up the great work!

hmmm... who is "fluid"? Is that a different name for one of the 40k chars? I don't know that one! However, Abraxas I certainly do.. isn't it cool how he can fill the screen with spawns!

I hate to say it, but Revas is my favorite character. It's got that mecha vibe, and I love it. First character I was able to grind to D1 by just pushing it hard. Keep up the great content, it sets you apart from the other creators, and I think you're doing a great job.

My favourite character is Marneus Calgar. He's super tanky, buffs everyone, and his bolter active wipes everything within 2 range. He's an MVP in the LREs being a tank in the Isabella Gravis shield wall with Burchard and Bellator and he buffs their many weak attacks

I am so happy to see another Ork appear! They have been chosen so few times. Boss Gulgortz was one of my early draws and so much fun to play when you just want to have fun early on in the game! Good choice!

With the orc warboss, you can limit the number of warboyz that come in by having fewer characters on the map. I like Volk for this boss because you can save his active ability until they show up and usually deal with all of them in one shot. Plus, keeping summons off this boss means no 90% damage reduction.

My favorite character and the one that I have grinded more on is Maugan Ra: 130/150 on his last LRE and I spent guild credits all the way up to 500 shards (thank you for that SW, that seemed very fair, NOT)! I love how powerful he is and I think he is really beautiful. I actually think I am in love with him 🤷‍♀🤣

Archimatos is definitely favorite. My boys love him and he have wide range of usage. I keep my fingers cross that you will make similar guide for intermediate/advanced players (not end game - all D1/D2) - players). I see on an example of my guild that lacking of wide strategy/ies for different rosters make some players very frustrated when facing specific raid bosses and not be able to make better dmg even with the progress of their characters.

I think an intermediate guide would be a good idea, I am only hitting intermediate level myself so definitely have the experience of how not to do things and my guild is learning together about what to do. I will add it to my list ^^. Great choice with Archimatos too!

Such a super character!

The worst thing you can do against ghazgkhull is to spawn down summons. At the most you can have 2, if you have any more, all you do is drive your damage into the ground. The best thing you can do against ghazghkull is have re'vas, and when he does the shoot attack you use re'vas active ability which hopefully not gonna get absorbed by ghazgkull and defend your other units with re'vas. Maybe you can possibly do it with imospekh too. If you do use imospekh for that, than you need damage buff to ensure, that he kills the orks trying to melee you. As for what characters gonna be good against ghazghkull, you want multi hit characters if you have eldyron, if not I think any non summoner character can work. Preferably tanky characters so they can take the hit against the storm boys if you don't have a way to protect them against the boyz.

My favourite character is Corrodius. Admittedly, he's quite bad, but he has a special place in my heart because he is one of the first characters I got. His character design is so cool, but I hope they rework or give him the buffs he needs.

my favorite character is Maugan Ra. I always enjoy the playstyle of the aeldari in tabletop back in the days. In game I just unlocked him,, and already aside Eldryon and Arthana, he is a beast. I like the synergy,, and that you have to think a bit for positioning.

@@DBPreacherTacticusI run him with Eldryon, Vindicta, Re'vas, and the other one rotating depending from the boss. The passive helps in combo with Vindicta and Revas melee to raise some little more damage from fire, also Eldryon gets bonus from it which is nice. If I use Archimatos or Neurotrope as fifth they get further psychic damage bonus as the tile of the boss in on fire ;)

My favorite character is Ulf. His use in raids is relatively niche but he hits like a truck and is great for pvp. And while there are better Raid options if you don't have everyone he still does a great job. His passive triggering can mean a lot of extra hits as well.

I really like him on Screamer Killer as well. Since Screamer uses an ability every turn he triggers Ulf's passive every turn. Its for sure a 2 tank strategy but oh boy does it work well.@@DBPreacherTacticus

Do you bother using roswitah active so your other characters can benefit from the dmg buff? I feel it doesn't make up for the lost of loss from not attacking that turn with roswitah as she hits very hard vs psyckers as you said.

Soooo at silver level, you are right, it probably barely makes a difference. At later levels, I definitely feel it makes a difference on mortarion BUT I haven't number crunched that fully. I only levelled Roswitha recently to Gold I myself so definitely need to still work out her best!

I've always liked summoning classes/characters, so Archimatos is always in my Chaos team

Ghazghkull: -You get stunned on the charge and not just suppressed -For the Love of God DO NOT SUMMON in the ghazghkull bossfight before he summons because he summons 3+ the amount of units you have Mortarion: -Just use aleph null. I know the revolting resilience reduces a big chunks of damage but if you have Makhotep(very likely) or Aunshi(unlikely) you can surround him easily. He won't be able to attack back-line characters and with Eldryon they will still deal a metric tons of damage

Yeah but Aleph Null gets crushed at silver levels! It's great for higher levels. On the ghazghkull fight, yeah... I pinned my mistake 🤦‍♂🤦‍♂🤦‍♂. I'm still learning too!

One of the very first characters i luckily got was Sho'Syl. Since then i take him everywhere and upgraded him to legendary. And yeah, i like Tau)

My favorite character is Aleph-Null, though Thaddeus is growing on me. That pinned information about the Storm Boyz might be useful, because they keep killing me and I tried swamping him with summons and while it was helping, Eldryon (only bronze atm, I've still not gotten my campaign chars all up to Silver) still tended to die.

My favorite character has to be celestine. Not only she has TWO get out of jail free cards, but also those cards hit like a truck in a isekai. Also she hits pretty hard. Second probably has to be haarken. Ramping up dmg can be really satisfying

Favorite character honestly is Vindicta! Haha. I took her all the way to D2. I support her with Calgar, Aethana, and sometimes others like Thad and Eldryon. A D2 Vind with silver support still lets me get 95 win crates in Captain and Chapter no problem.

So I have a bunch of beginner videos that is worth a watch to help you get started, but generally your goals are to open campaigns up and that helps you level your characters more quickly, then you try and get some characters to gold, which helps you get legendary event characters and all the meanwhile, doing your best :)

At the Moment i like Toth. Had so much fun in TA with him. Just charging in, eating some hits without care (i mean he comes back after all) buying some time to get the dmg up in there as well. I just forgot his active alot 😂

I recently brought Toth to Gold because of his flexibility! He seems to be lacking a touch of damage for me but maybe I just need to get some decent weapons on him ^^ great choice.

@@DBPreacherTacticus dmg wise he reminds me of Volk. The 2 extremes. Either "wow didnt expect that" or "what was that supposed to be?" I mainly farmed him because i lack flame/blast for that one screamer killer sideboss. Only have Vindicta and Thaddeus in that regard. I thought "a try can't hurt"

That hole camping, tyranid splattering beast is so damn awesome! Great choice :)

For mortarion, aleph can spawn scarabs that make morty less mobile, and can survive his attacks if tjey're boostee enough (mine are level 50). Without them, if you go in legendary, it can be quite difficult to survive his second and fourth turn where he drops his bih attack

Calgar is the best. His active for when you have to kill everyone in the room!!

Isn't that one of the best feelings in tacticus? Archimatos has dropped his active on you, Yarrick has followed up with some ranged guys and then BOOM, Calgar spinning around and everyone is dead. So glorious!

My favorite character is Thaddeus Noble. I personally think he is the best imperial character in the game right now.

Currently levelling him up to Legendary and I think I might agree. There is nothing more fun than dropping his active as a first move and wiping someone out ^^. Also somehow makes me laugh when I miss completely.

Snotfloga ben may fav for some reason. Like he do more dmg than warbbos and have summons take hits. Or just kill enemys in Campaign

But is also suprised that snapawrekas pasive do sow big dmg buff May gold rank 3 do 1700+ dmg on The black templars agresors in elite campaigns last mission. And pasive is lvl 36. But ye orks secend worst faction after black templars att moment.

With Sazarkeh (spelling) you can 100 force him down off the throne if you het behind him with two flyers in melee range and then swt his space on fire. So on turn 2 i move revas and Bellator up behind him amd revas sets him on fire and he escapes the fire. Re'Vas and Sho'syl are my favorite units for all modes. And i use them in all of my guild raids.

And revas is such a great choice. That overwatching person just does so much damage!

Favorite character is definitely Ulf with his Passive to smite summons Also, since when could you bring Aleph Null (or any Necron) against the Necron boss?

-TYRANT GUARD- it is hard to start a new guild to get started, not many people will join new guilds, any tips? I like to have this character for my Tyranny characters.

Honestly, check discord and keep an eye out for joining an established guild and grow with them. If you aren't happy, move to another one. You are right, starting a brand new guild is really tough! Thank you for picking Tyrant Guard, no-one else had!

Pretty basic but my favourite so far is Bellator, still pretty new so he just stands out a lot early being so tanky (and good at killing scarabs!!)
