Vallejo primer is awful for anything else than minis. Try badger's stylinrez, it's probably one of the best primers period

Vallejo is probably the absolut worst of the water based primers, most scale modellers hate it with a vengeance. And waterbased paint/primer simply dont adhere to resin. It simply rubs off when handling the model
