In college, 45 years ago, I played Semi-Pro soccer $75 for a win, $35 for a loss). One day, getting ready for a game I watched the end of a rugby game. Watching that game, I was convinced that I was playing the wrong game! I've been a fan ever since but never had the fortune to get to play a game. I enjoyed the '95 Spring Bucks and loved invictus!

I’ve been a fan of rugby since I saw the World Cup on TV in 2007. I wasn’t familiar with the laws and the flow of the game at first. As an American who didn’t grow up with rugby but is a fan, I’ve read many websites, and watched many videos and matches. This is one of the most thorough and clearly demonstrated videos on rugby that I’ve seen. I highly recommend it.

I'm an American and I love watching the game. I first got introduced to it in the mid 1970's but never knew the rules. Your explanation really helps and I can now enjoy it more. I record the games on the Canadian channels and play it in slow motion so I can really see and understand the moves. It's far better than watching American football 😛

Thanks for this. As a parent with practically zero sporting experience & children who just joined a rugby club, this simple yet quit complete overview is a great help. I particularly appreciate the fact that you get straight to the information, unlike so many other YouTub channels that just waffle on for ages before giving you the info you are seeking. A bug thumbs up for that. Cheers.

I played Rugby League (a similar but ultimately different game) in my youth but I would love to learn to be able to play Rugby. Rugby League is more fun to watch (IMHO) but Rugby seems more fun to play and has less potential for serious head injury. These are the two main attributes that attract me to it. The trouble is learning the game of Rugby. It's a lot harder to learn the game of Rugby than it is to learn the game of Rugby League. I wish they had Rugby in my area when I was growing up so I could've learned how to play it in my youth.

Rugby gives me hope to participate in sport, during my primary years, football was the only sport that we played the most in my hometown and I suck at it, then I move to another country during high school, I was being introduced Rugby, then I immediately fell in love with it.
