This week our instructor Kat has everything you need to know about shoulder rolls for beginners. Chelsea will take you through the basics of BOTH the forwards and backward rolls, and even break down a variation for each. NO experience is needed, this tutorial is PERFECT for beginners.

    Struggling so much to get my hips over my shoulders :c I'm relying too much on momentum to get me over since I don't have the muscles to get my hips up. I feel like I'm doing something wrong ahhh

    Might be worth working on core engagement and candle sticks to help get you comfortable in getting those hips up.
