Спорт

What’s up savages! In this video, I’m going to show you one of my favorite beginner kettlebell flows. Make no mistake though just because it’s beginner doesn’t mean it has to be easy!
If you really move with intent and own every movement and give your all-out effort then you’ll be sure to get worked with these foundational moves. Have fun and let's get it in!
10 sets: rest 20 seconds in between sets
Single Kettlebell Deadlift to Row, Cheat Clean, Squat and Press x 40 seconds work
For more kettlebell flows check out my Primal Fit App. Right now you can try it for 14 Days for Free! 👉www.EricLeija.com
The supplements and fitness equipment I use to train are available at www.onnit.com/eric Use code “primal” to save 10% off your order. Let's get it 👊🏽

    *By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

    I brought kettlebells months ago and used them “occasionally”. Now I do this flow for 10 min before every single workout (sometimes super light sometimes heavy). You’re the best instructor I’ve come across.

    Great work out sequence! For a beginner to kettlebells what weight is suggested to start with. I am a male in my late 20s, active, and have weight lifting experience. Any thoughts?

    What is a good kettlebell starting weight for a woman who has been neglecting her fitness and nutrition for a decade, started strength training about 2.5 months ago because she’s tired of being 20lbs overweight and out of shape, and is using 6-20lb weights depending on the exercise she’s doing? I’m just starting to use a 20lb dumbbell for one arm rows. Everything else I’m using 6 or 10lb dumbbells. I know that’s not super heavy, especially to men, but for me it’s pretty good considering I started at 2lb dumbbells. I’m already seeing progress with how much weight I use and how many reps I can do since I first started. It’s really amazing to feel my body change with hard work!! I looked into using a kettlebell because I heard it was a great exercise for glutes and I’m reading “Strong Curves” for women by Bret Contreras. I don’t know if I’m going to follow his program or try to find a local personal trainer or what, but I know you won’t really progress without a good program.

    On the app or the 8 wk course are these workouts in real time, meaning we can follow along the whole time?

  • @EricLeija

    @EricLeija

    3 жыл бұрын

    The 8 week course is broken up into instructional and demonstration videos and is not a real time follow along. A lot of exercises are rep based and everyone does it at a different pace thats why its setup like that. On the app there are some full real time follow along workouts.
