Back in December I wanted to start learning Japanese calligraphy and saw the first video. I didn't continue watching the series because Baikei-sensei said everyone should use their right hand; my reaction was: "F this guy, I'm going to keep using my left hand". Three months into learning Japanese calligraphy, struggling, I realized Baikei-sensei was right all along. I came back and completed the videos. I'm glad I did, these videos are so good and so in tune with my sense of humor. I'll never doubt Baikei-sensei again.

Thanks for your comment. I am also left handed and it was a struggle the first few months for me as well but worth it in the long run. The origin of brush writing in China was designed for the right hand. If using a ball pen you can use your left. Glad you are finding the videos useful! -Raikei
