This beginner friendly Upper Body Workout at Home will challenge your arms to be tight toned and slim. This arm workout uses light weights, but no equipment works also! Challenge yourself and do each each exercise for 45 secs with a 15 second rest. Don't forget to have fun and subscribe for more videos.

    Love the new intro and background music 🎶! Can you please do some video workouts to make our lower / upper back stronger and our neck too ? My back became kinda weak lately and I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♂️ which exercises are best to do , I am really trying to get rid of this back/neck trembling when I sleep 😅
