The way the team speaks about other members and Sonny just shows why they are on top of their game, what they do isn't a job but it's a passion and it's a big family. Wishing you guys more success in the future.

The quality of this channel is so good, plus it feels like its more than a food review show, its like a travel channel that has better quality than the ones on TV. Thanks to this channel, I was able to see the world and its cultures in a better way

reminds me of every small team I've ever worked on that was successful. You rally a bunch of randoms and let them be them and produce something awesome with 1 manager, one director, and a whole lot of "you know what would be cool here?"

4:30 I've been a photographer before. Travelling, the most difficult thing by far, is keeping the expensive equipments clean and safe so carrying them around with you all day includes keeping it safe part. In the Philippines, when I got back to the hotel I realized my camera strap was half way cut so it almost was snatched. It's pretty crazy. I'm surprised he didn't mention it.

I can’t believe how much goes in to producing one video! You can tell the chemistry of this team, and Sonny’s leadership style of working right along with everyone else, leading by example, being empathetic, being a teacher... is what has made this channel so successful. You can be driven and hardworking, but a tyrant leader could never have been successful. I imagine many with sonny’s success could have easily let ego get in the way. Loved learning more about you all - great video!

I’ve enjoyed watching Sonneys videos for a while now. Glad to see certain words bleeped out so my grandchildren can enjoy watching too. The ability of sharing other cultures according to the food they grew up with helps us all to become happier with our own set of circumstances! 😎

Been following the Best Ever Food Review Show since the early 2010's, I was really surprised to know it is now the highest ranked food review show on youtube. Congratulations guys, excellent job! Looking forward to more great content after Covid is over!

I only found out about this channel a few days ago, but this is amazing! The quality of editing, camerawork, the locations, cultures, everything really. This is going to become a huge channel for sure. Love it!

I watch Sonny, Mark and Trevor but I find myself often fast-forwarding through the latter two's videos. Never, ever with Sonny's. They're varied and comedic but I wish he would jump out of doorways and bushes more often, like before.

I think sonny and his crew found a pretty great formula in their doco style, whilst mark and Trevor are very traditional "vloggers" per se, so their video formula might be a tad dated

@@trcs3079 Their style isn't dated at all. It's just a totally different type of style. In fact this style is far more of a television style that has been around for half a century. Better production, more editing, marketing, advertising and constructed shots and situations. The style of Mark Wiens and Trevor James (and probably Mike Chen as well) is far more laid back and lets you feel as if you are enjoying the scenery together with them rather than viewing an entertaining show. They're all valid clearly, judging by the fact they all have millions of subs. Befrs uses a 10 man team, whereas the other ones are pretty much one-man productions. Almost 0 cost for them, so far less pressure to keep pumping out merch and ads and patreon etc.

This is one of my favorite channels that I am subscribed to. You guys showcase food I never even knew existed. But more than the food you showcase the people. From all the great co-hosts you guys find as well as the native people in the region. You capture the whole experience and the editors do an amazing job enriching all the raw footage. My favorite video "trip" that you guys did was the Iran video. I loved the "people are people and not their government" message you spoke about. That perspective is deep and an important life lesson for the whole world.

What a passionate team you have Sonny, you can really see each and everyone bring their own set of personality to the team.

I've been a subscriber since BEFRS has like 100k subs. Back in those days the views barely reach 200k and I remember the first video that reached 1m views made me feel so proud as a subscriber.
