True , that’s why when she started she said either the man or woman is the one with the baggage not necessarily the woman. You shouldn’t be the one to suffer the worse version of your partner. She actually said the family you come from and what happened there influences what happens in your marriage and maybe that why your husband failed to notice you are a gold medal he lost

I sincerely empathize with you but you still had a role to play. Please ask God to reveal your responsibility during the courting phase. Was there discernment? Was it guided by godly wisdom? MY CASE WAS THE OPPOSITE. MY PARENTS WERE NOT IN ABUSIVE MARRIAGE. BUT I GOT TO AN ABUSIVE MARRIAGE. MY HUSBAND IS THAT MAN WHO DROVE ME INTO THAT. WE NEVER AGREED UNTILL I JUST LEFT THE RELATIONS. I FEEL FOR MY KIDS BUT IT WAS SLAVERY I WENT.INTO NOT SACRAMENT OF MARRIAGE.
