@Dave It is completely not about just "saying bad words" and being edgy. It ain't kindergarten. _Firstly_ - If wrestlers want to create a story in the ring, it will come in handy to have an access to cussing for showing emotions during a match (for example: being in pain) _Secondly_ - If used sparingly and in the right way, it can make it look much more natural and dramatic (as my original comment said). This video is a proof of that. _And Last but Not Least_ - The sole purpose of workers HAVING AN ACTUAL CHOICE of saying them and not being afraid of getting punished afterwards. *All In All* - We live in a world full of censorship, so having less of it is a really good contrast. I mean really, really good. Hope that answers your question.

It's wild watching this video. Back then I didn't think AEW would be so massive. Their roster now is freakin loaded. So many wrestlers I never expected to see in AEW. Then add in that they have 2 TV shows, and great ratings. As well as popular actions figures, and and a video game coming out in the near future. It's been a fun ride. Yes I'm a mark lol

@@aaronm8143 they have done well but they don't have great ratings. They have the same 700k to 900k hardcore fan base now weekly that they had a few years ago when they debuted. They haven't gained any main stream fans to add to that super hardcore fan base they have.

You’re right WCW was legit competition too. I think all companies are or were at one point. What I mean by this feeling different is the scene of wrestling is changing. Similar to how Scott Hall and Nash changed wrestling w the realism of the NWO storyline, i think The Elite are going to do that to. And as you mentioned that WCW NWO storyline almost killed WWE. I think these guys are real competition and I don’t want WWE gone, I want them back to where we all know they can be, competition can do that. Later bro have a good one.

I was there, when AEW just began. Two years later, All Out, 2021, September 5th, was the greatest PPV I've seen in my ENTIRE FREAKING LIFE ! THANK YOU TONY KHAN ! (no spoil for whoever hadn't see the show yet)

This had me crying in happiness. I lost it at the jericho promo... I hvnt cried since my kid was born. 24 hours left.

I gave up on wrestling 15 years ago when McMahon went Disney. Thank you AEW for bringing me back and making wrestling great again.

So that's what BTE stuff is with actual production.....awesome!

Two years later, the best professional wrestling company in the world.

this came up in my algo suggestions today. punks debut blew the lid off the roof of an already thriving (during the pandemic era!) company.

I'm ordering the PPV just to support this company, because I believe in it. Plus looking forward to some great matches.

The ending of the 2019 men's MITB match was actually pretty cool Imo, sure Brock winning was a weird decision but it was a fun decision nonetheless

The WWE did us all a favor. They pissed Cody off to the point get got out of his contract. Now, we have AEW. If the WWE pushed Cody to the top, he'd still be there. Lack of creativity from WWE is why we have AEW. It was the perfect storm.

Here in 2021 watching just how much this baby has grown and I couldn't be more proud of them. AEW reignited my love for wrestling to a while new level. Like when I was a kid but with so much more respect for not just the performers in AEWbut in all promotions, even those backyard hooligans having fun or striving for a dream. AEW has something for everyone.

You guys made me love wrestling again. I'd go as far as to say, it's the best time to be a wrestling fan. Thank you.

Thank you AEW for bringing back the Wrestling fan back in me, thank you for reinvigorating my love but most importantly, thank you for bringing back CM Punk.

2 years later, 2 days after ALL OUT 3, widely being considered the best wrestling PPV in about 20 years, wherein AEW has attained optimum momentum, collectivised one of the best rosters in wrestling history, and witnessing a steeply growing fanbase, watching this is akin to watching the construction of both sports and entertainment history. Not even the most hopeful among us could have foreseen 2 years ago the perfection and the pace with which this company has grown.

After a brief Google search, I'm surprised that nobody has formed a Lucha Hoes. Someday.

Awesome documentary. 👍 Saw it yesterday. Loved the footage hyping up all the matches. Good stuff. Kenny be like who needs a fancy gym when i can work out outdoors lifting tree logs etc New found respect for the man. Even more pumped for Double or nothing after watching this. Have a great event and knock it out the park boys and girls ❤️ Toooo sweeeeeeeeeeet

2 years later and the dream continues thank you God for AEW for bringing back love and passion in professional wrestling!!!

This video was TOP NOTCH. I would hope and pray that this same quality of video package is what we can expect with ALL AEW special events like "Double or Nothing"

This mini documentary seems even more applicable after this past Friday.
