@@moxmayhem Bryan is amazing, but Kenny's NJPW run alone cements him as the goat. He was an inhuman machine, putting on all timer matches like it was no one's business. This is without even mentioning his AEW run, the majority of which he was insanely injured and yet no one ever noticed. And it's not like the NJPW days are behind him, he just needed to heal. Look at him this year, it's like he never left 2018

Seeing Will Ospreay and Kenny Omega in the flesh for the first time in person and watching them wrestle each other in person, in my home country of Canada is one of the greatest gifts I ever gave myself and one of the greatest pleasures I ever had in my life. Thank you for the video.

I’m from Brooklyn, NY and traveled up to Canada for this show. I’ve been to Brian Danielson vs Kenny Omega at grand slam and Adam Cole Vs Johnny Gargano at takeover New York, I could easily say this match blew those matches out of the water on story telling and in ring ability. I personally don’t think I’ll ever witness a match better in person in my lifetime

I was there in Toronto for there match at FD2. Was awsome card top too bottom but that match was something special. Hopefully they run it back 1 more time at Wrestle Kingdom.

A wrestling channel making documentaries outside of WWE? I never thought I'd see the day

Another great video, one recommendation id give is whenever you have a section of video with no spoken narration or dialogue. Like the section of this video around the 6 minute mark. You used subtitles to tell the audience a brief summary of the history between Kenny and Will, and thats totally fine. But next time maybe make the subtitles larger and/or at the very least make them a different color than the color of whats happening in the background. Like in this video in that same section you had tiny little white letters, with black outlines. Which already makes it harder to read for alot of us visually impaired people, with the letters being so small. But then you also have this slideshow of pictures playing behind the subtitles….and the pictures are also black and white….and have this grainy, pixelated filter on them that makes the, already hard to read subtitles, even worse. Not a big deal, and i was able to eventually read them, but its an easy fix for the future. Either leave the photos behind the subtitles in color that way if you use white subtitles with black outlines they should be easily legible to the viewers. Or If youre going to make the photos black and white or alter the color of them in some way then just change the color of the subtitles to a brighter color that isnt the same color as what ever is behind them. And regardless of wether you choose to do either of those or not. At the very least make the subtitles larger. Thats the end of my whining on the internet😁

Most likely, it was agreed on by NJPW and AEW from the start when each match would take place, and given that it started in NJPW and that each match was for the IWGP US title(or whatever there callin it now) and cunducted under NJPW rules with there referees, it makes sense that the last match will be there. Dont get me wrong, I agree it would be the perfect place to do it but when 2 companies work together there's a lot of politics and a lot of give and take. I think its a given that if they could have done it, then they would have.

Omega vs Ospreay was match of the year in my opinion.

Jim Crockett will find some way to criticize this for half an hour. This of the best matches ever, period. And I’ve been watching since the 80’s.

I’m sorry but whenever I hear the nickname “The Cleaner” I can’t help but imagine Kenny with a mop and duster in hand cleaning offices, schools or houses! I know it’s meant to mean like an assassin who comes in and cleans up but I still get images of my grandmother in her work outfit when she used to clean her local school when she was alive. Where as Will Ospreay uses the nickname the “Aerial Assassin” where we all know what an assassin is and I love that word (I prefer it to hitman and definitely cleaner 😂) and after seeing Will Ospreay wrestle you can see why “Aerial Assassin” is just the perfect name for him.

Great video but i think some narration on your part would do it wonders. Some slides of text go by by too fast or are hard to see when mixed into the background’s filters. Plus some people simply aren’t gonna pause to read it and miss key information out of laziness or lose interest in the video. No hate though man. Just something i noticed and thought it’d help. @@dropmickwrestling Yea no worries man and i get that. Too much narration can make it feel to either “educational” or feel like an info dump. I think with a video like this you’d only need to do it with the big moments of the video. Building up tension with the beat of the story like with how important of a win it was for Osprey and why it meant so much to him for example.

Will Ospreay > Everyone 💯‼️ and I don’t just say that cause he’s my favorite wrestler haha. Love this documentary, I’ve watched it like 4 times already haha. Kenny and Will is the Magic vs Bird, Jordan vs Thomas of professional wrestling. They bring out the absolute best in one another and create magic each and every single time! Can’t wait for Billy Goat to be in AEW full time starting in 2024!!!

Fun thing is that Kenny still has more victories over Will. Wonder if he'll look to even that out at some point.

If he just kicked out before the count of 3 that would’ve been better but he’s made his own finisher look weak, especially since we heard earlier on in the video during the Jon Moxley AEW World Championship win by one of the announcers “no one kicks out of the One Winged Angel!!!”

Kenny's making it look weak because it's HIS finisher he knows the ins and ours and the damage it brings thus why he got out of it so easy and psyched himself up. His pissed that the guy he's feuding with tried to win using KENNYS signature move. Really dope moment imo
