Here are the final results of the Chloe Ting’s 2 week Abs Challenge. Can’t believe how fast it actually went by. So hard in the beginning, but so worth it!!! I’m sooo happy with the results and am going to keep going for another 2 weeks.. Thanks for following me on this journey! 💕💕

I'm doing chloe ting too for 1 month. My waist before is 31 inch then it goes down to 26 inch. Loving chloe ting exercise. And also my weight before is 57 down to 52. Calorie deficit and 16/8 intermittent fasting 😍❤️

@@kaelyneades5789I also started this fasting a week ago and already lost 2.5kg without workout even😭😭 maybe i should take it seriously and workout but since workout aint my thing and i dont have any motivation from it, i will just go for walks daily❤

Doing chloe ting for almost a year. My waist maintains to 25 from 31 inch before ❤, with calorie deficit and IF 16/8 😉
Chloe Ting is trying to kill us!!! 😭😂😅
Kindly reminding you all beautiful people that challenges are really good on the short term but please don't stop exercising (do it less intensely) and watch your nutrition to keep it up!

Did you do only that video or did you do the calendar thing?
To anyone watching, doing some abs challenge will NOT be the reason you will get a smaller waste I don’t want this to confuse anyone. Simple eat in a slight calorie deficit and workout and overtime it will come off more and more👍

It's "waist". And doing these abs challenges do help because you're staying active and exercising. Anything that keeps you moving helps.
Did you took care of diet as well during workouts?
Can we do that to any part of the body? Like legs?

@@morenike41 Yeah because u can't lose weight unless u change what u eat. Also cutting down on sugar and carbs helps more than u think. I stopped snacking without realizing and just lost 5 kg without trying.
Which one did u do. The 2019 or the 2021
Been doing her ab and hit exercises 4 times a week for around 4 months now and went from 30 waist down to 22.5 inches!!! If you’re consistant you’ll see results trust me!! Though I will say diet played a HUGE role in those numbers, you can’t out exercise a bad diet sadly😭

Honestly, most people just get random bursts of motivation. But judt have the mindset that if u just take out 10 minutes of ur day everyday, then ull have an amazing body in just a few months. As for eating, just eat what u want but control portions. And it is pertinent that u include veggies and protein, but alongside, u can have small amounts of junk food too

You cant spot reduce reduce fat I hope you know The fact that you are doing ab exercises specifically serves to strengthen and grow the muscle there, assuming proper nutrition, not reduce the waistline (unless your transverse abdominis is tighter bc of it) Point is any exercise of any muscle group done in similar volume will give the same benefits to metabolism and help with weight loss

not necessary but it does speed up the process. try increasing your metabolism by drinking a lots of water all day.

Remember. Chloe ting abs is not the way to go IF you REALLY want a healthy, sexy body.... you'd rather go for pilates, hot yoga, some HIIT but please don't blindly follow Chloe t shit. That shit can hurt your body in the long run.
