Just had this drink, added turmeric powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and garlic; just forgot to add ginger… will do it again tomorrow, but won’t forget the ginger. 😂 Thank you for this video.

About 2/3 carrots and always 1 beer as it’s so over powering
I use a potato peeler for everything much easier

At least 2 weeks… drink plenty of water first thing in the morning before juice… also have you made any other changes in your diet? Everything adds up
Next time juice one of those green apples 🍏 with it too , really nice 👌🏿
