We were recently married. And the Uncle who resided right beside our flat was very creepy old man, he often use to shout at people and say lewd stuff. My wife told me that, he used roam around the corridor at night and often knocked at our door. FYI: I was doing night shifts during those days. Wifey observed these weird things from our flats key hole. She was so scared that oftenly locked herself in bedroom. I told our ordeal to the security guards, they told me our neighbour oldman had many complaints against him, including our previous flat tenants who left all of sudden. So one morning I came home and heard a commotion in the flat next to us, usually the old man lived alone. But he had people in his flat that day. Later came to know that our creepy neighbour had died. Well and good, after few days of his death. My wife called me up at night, and told me she is afraid as she heard someone knocking at the door. I thought some kids might be messing with her, and then again few days after she told me she heard footsteps and knocking at the door, she looked through the key hole all she could hear is continous footsteps but no one outside. It went on for few more days. Due to my continous night shifts, I understood my wife needs a companion, so we got a white labrador puppy and named him Bagheera. The protector of Mowgli and Radha :). My wife got her companion and slowly things settled. But then my wife called me again at night, she told me Bagheera was becoming restless at night locked in the bedroom with her. So she let him out, he went running to the front door, as he sat near the door he growled, scratched the door and let out his puppy bark. He sat there like a little protector guarding and barking at the door mostly for few hours every night. He never left the spot at night, as soon as I left his guarding of the door started. This unusual behaviour of Bagheera used to happen oftenly after 1 am and twice or thrice in a week. I thought Bagheera was just being super protective. But then on weekends, when I saw this growling and barking myself, there was goosebumps all over me. I was amazed by my dogs bravery protecting our little home and scared hearing spooky footsteps sounds. Slowly these occurances died down with time and we changed our flat. Bagheera our little protector is nine years old now and even now when he barks at something unknown or unseen, we make sure we don't go that way. Peace out ✌

As I was born and grew up in Shillong (it's in Northeastern part of India). I was surrounded by lots of families and people who practice tantra vidya (dark magic as per other people) and most of them are healers. Some families are mysterious though and doesn't get along with others. There were also some interior villages where they intentionally would sell food items which will make you weak. It seems they take away your positive aura for their prosperity. So whenever you want to visit any of these areas make sure to carry any religious item from whichever religion you belong along with salt in your pocket and chant prayers before sleeping at night after visiting that place. Also make sure to keep a bowl of water mixed with lots of salt in the same room where you are sleeping, if you feel heavy after visiting that place. This really helps. It's a common practice in our community.

It's happened with my neighbors. The younger son of the family , about 22 years old died in an accident. Few days after his funeral the family could hear someone is walking on their roof and when they went to check ,there's no one there. This went on for several nights. Then they decided to do a 'puja ' for his atma Shanti.

A similar situation like Jaby's had happened with us. We were invited to a place for a conference. They gave us(my parents, me and some friends and families) an abandoned house to stay for two days. The house was decent, clean and while we were talking to the caretaker of the house. Suddenly, my mom said that she was feeling uneasy and that she could smell that something was burning. When she said that I noticed the caretaker was a bit shocked. Also, a street dog that was following us wouldn't let my dad enter the house. However my mom was really didn't want to stay there, so we had to book a hotel and pay for it. Which I found annoying cause nobody else could smell anything. After however we overheard some local people talk about that house that somebody was arrested. We asked they said that a month ago a guy burned his wife alive in that house and fled with his parents. I never really believe in ghosts, but I have no clue how my mom felt that. Nobody else did, including me.

Once our neighbour didi (neighbouring eleder sister) brutally murdered by her in-laws by burning her at her in-laws house. Before death she was tortured very badly by his husband and mother in law. She told everything to her parents, so her parents took her back to their own house, with her 2 daughters. But after few months his husband came to her parents' house and apologized and took her, and kids back with him to her in-laws. And after few days she was murdered in front of his two daughters ( one was 6yrs old and second was 3yrs). The husband n his mother tried to make to showcase that it was just an kitchen accident, that was not murder. They created every possible situation to convince the police to show it was an accident. The murdered sister's daughters were very much close to her. After her mother's death the elder daughter told everything to the police, that her father and grandmother burned her mother in front of them. Then the maternal side took both the kids with them at our neighbourhood in their house. But trust me after this incident very mid night we can smell burning smell in the air atleast for 30 min , at the fixed time when she was murdered for next one month. And not only us, the exact neighbours of that house everyone can smell it. That continues for a month. Once during Durga Puja I told that incident to my other neighbours and every one said that same is happening to them also. And they were just thinking that it's just happening with them only. So they was shy to tell anyone. But when we found that everyone facing the same we told to that Sister's parents. And they said they were feeling the same. But they were thinking it's just because of the shock they got they are smelling like this. Then after a week they arranged a Puja at their house for the full 24hrs long. After that day we never experienced the burning smell again at that time..

So here is my experience Myself and my friend decided to surprise a common friend of ours on his birthday. So we decided to show up at his hometown at exactly 12 am. So we started from Hyderabad to his village and this is the first time we are visiting his home as he used to stay in Hyderabad. It was around 11:30pm and we got off our bus. We started walking to reach the village. And decided to wait for some more time as we have 30 more mins. We were discussing our engineering days about how we used to celebrate our birthdays. So thinking that this will definitely be a surprise to him as he is not expecting us. Since it is a village there are no people outside as everyone will be in deep sleep. Just some dogs roaming here and there. All of a sudden some 4-5 dogs started barking looking at something. We both looked at what they were barking at. We both saw a towel on a bicycle riding towards us. I said just a towel because that's what we saw. We were shocked and our hearts skipped a bit. And my friend asked "are you seeing what I'm seeing ?" . Though I see the same thing, I said " yeah someone is on a cycle" . After it reached near, we saw a man on that cycle and dogs stopped barking too. We breathed and called my friend right away as we don't want to wait any more though we have 15 more mins for 12am. We laughed at it later but it was the scariest experience we had. Sometimes our senses cheat us to make us believe something which may not exist. Ps : Excuse my grammatical errors if any :p

One day I decided to go for my routine night walk a little late that day it was around like 11pm, I usually walk for an hour and I listen to songs and stuff while walking outside. My music would be so loud that I can't hear noises outside...there is this huge field that I pass across every night and that day I could see a campfire burning at a distance in the middle of the field which I thought people might be chillin over there and I continued my walk. While I was done with my walk and on my way home, I saw that campfire was gone and unfortunately the street was empty with no street lights and I was all alone. I turned on my flashlight, lowered my volume...I was trying to walk fast since it's past 12am then I noticed a weird sound from a long distance from that field almost like a man scream. I was past that field then almost 500m to my home then I felt some weird aura right behind me and I could feel it's presence. I look back but no one's there, chills ran down my spine and my instincts said to run...I did run to my home. I don't believe in such stuff, that's the reason I take night walks...I find it relaxing. But that day it was something real that I felt. I shifted my house eventually, I still continue my night walks not regularly.

What Syntell experienced was also kind of an imprint but an ongoing one because this person with a negative vibe lived in that space. You guys used and noticed your psychic senses of claircognizance. Do visit assam. Only mayong, a small village in assam is said to be the home to black magic. Assam is one of the most beautiful states of India full of greenery and scenic beauty. It is the gateway to northeast india. Whereas Mayong do exist in assam but i guess every state do have some places like mayong where something magical is being practiced. And people use these methods to heal and cure people.

My belive in ghosts are 50-50,if someone told me not to go certain place i won't but at the same time i would roam freely in any place(apart from some shady smuggling area😂).I myself experienced something paranormal so i believe in some extent that may be there is something, when i was preparing for my 12th my brother was in college that time so i was studying in his room it's about 1am summer time so every window of that room was open, everyone was sleeping obviously so was a pin drop silence outside,i was attentively doing math, suddenly I heard someone run through next to my window and laughed,i don't know who it was it felt like some kids/female kinda voice,i got so scared that my body freezed for 30sec then i threw my books said bhar main Jaye maths and run to my room and in that hot weather i wrapped myself with a blanket then next morning told mum and dad what happened last night, then my father told that may be it was a boy from our locality who roam at night,i asked that boy were you roaming last night he said no,but i don't know it was some thief or really some ghost!for 6 months i avoided my brother's room even my mum restricted me to tell him anything but i can't live like that so told him everything and asked him did he even feel something off someday?he said he never felt something paranormal.
