the fact that he threw the Chargers DB for a loop when he called out cover zero is one of the things that makes him great. Dude is reading defenses before the ball is even snapped.

Why is that IQ level not mandatory of any level receiver? If the QB is expected to recognize coverage, there is ZERO reason outside of low-IQ that reverberate should not see the same. Oh wait, NFL players and high IQ are not synonymous with each other.

@@angelapolly1The Chargers we’re disguising what coverage they were using (which was Cover Zero, but was probably supposed to look like Cover One or Two). Kelce, being the wily veteran, called it out so his fellow receivers & QB wouldn’t be fooled by the disguise. 😊

Travis has matured so much. He is so great for this organization and the greater Kansas City Area.

3:42 Pat saying “You’re gonna get it back” to Kelce after he missed a reception🤝🏻
How they gonna leave out the funny clip of him and James on the penalty? When Kelce sees the flag sitting next to Derwin James on the ground and Kelce says, "did they get you or me? Cause i was working."
I love his attitude so much. He constantly builds others up like a true blue leader and is unapologetic about giving 100 percent. These are qualities we should all aspire to. A black belt reaching down to the white belts and everyone in between. Gracious in victory. This is the mark of a true master.
Trave telling DBs and LBs "Come with me, everybody come with me." He's one of a kind.

No, he was speaking to the guys that were covering him…which makes it even better. It’s hilarious.
Such a leader out there man! Even when the chargers rough’em up real good, he had great sportsmanship! This is OUR GUY❤️💛
I laughed when he said to the Chargers players “Everybody come with me”.
Travis is obviously the Best tight end on the planet 🐐 !! He's So much fun to watch (& listen to), plus he's shown Great leadership. Also, Travis is Huge- he towers over almost everyone yet he makes those smooth moves & catches 🏈 ... don't know How he does it?! 87 Rocks ❤️💛🤍

@Trencaportes21 I don't think he's gased. He just plays smart. That is why he never gets injured for years. The team is confident that he will get open and catch the next pass. You even see Hill run out of bouces to protect himself.

@robgrant7683

Stupid comment. It's his job to get open! And if they doubleteam him then it makes it easier for other guys to get open or to run the ball. Lots of ways to win the game. It's amazing that you find this confusing lol! Kelce is physically gifted and has tremendous football knowledge. In this clip at 4:33 he calls out the defensive secondary coverage and the cornerback is amazed that he knew what was going to happen. Experience. Mahomes has said in interviews that Kelce frequently changes his route from what was planned and they both improvise together. Teamwork and intuition from the best players in the league. They also watch a ton of film from the other teams to try to figure out their defensive schemes.
sure, but Gronk is the GOAT Tight End. Brady is the GOAT QB. Only retired players should be even considered for the GOAT role.
