The very talented Ms. Adair passed away just a week ago...January 23, 2022. I'm weeping as I listen to this. Rest In Peace, dear lady.

I had Cataract surgery this morning. After the procedure and a short nap, I came to my Patio to enjoy this Fabulous music, with my dog by my side and trying to read my book at hand. Life's good!

She, like Garner and Brubeck, brought jazz to many who wouldn’t have liked it. Great achievement!

Thank goodness I have found Beegie Adair, even though it is very late in my life. She must be a beautiful lady to produce such beautiful music.

Beegie was my moms favorite performer. She died one year to the day after my mom did. They were both the same age and grew up only one hour apart in Kentucky, but never knew each other.

Thank you Beegie Adair for bringing so much love and joy into our lives❤

There is that "special" quality about Beegie Adair's music that is captivating. You can just feel it in your being.

I have been enjoying Beegie and her trio, for years. With the terrific Roger Spencer on Bass, and Chris Brown, (an extraordinarily gifted percussionist), "driving it" on drums, I am always joyfully entertained.. Please look for Beegie performing with her dear friend and business associate, Monica Ramey. Monica is a masterful singer with a voice that belongs in the world of Jazz. I take each of these "Love Letters" to heart.

Adair was her married name and Long was her maiden name. Sadly, she passed away on January 23, 2022.

The pianist Adair illuminates entire lives, as they reveal those moments of the soul that are so fast they go unnoticed. (Sorry bad english) Brazilian man.

I try to have Beggie on to get a wonderful atmosphere in my home! She was so wonderful! Dear friends of ours had Beggie and the Boys play at her wedding, at the Drake in Chicago! I shall never forget. Couples danced every dance, applause seemed unending!

I love this lady. I live for her music. It is always playing in my house. I must have all of her CD's. It is soooo relaxing for me. As soon as I get home, I put it on or ask Alexa to play it.

Saw her every Thursday Nite at F.Scotts. I try to pattern my own playing after her, but will never catch up to her splendor. The best of the best. None of her albums captures her fabulous ability as an improvisational artist; they are just sweet, though slightly insipid, mood music -- playing what the producers think will sell. She told me her “New York” album came closest to displaying her true abilities. Gone too soon.

It reminds me the late Ingrid Bergman and the romantic Bogart doing their kissing scenes in the movie Casablanca.

She is awesome exquisite at her play, and the video picture looks just like , reminds me, of what I see looking across the Lake near my house if I happen to catch the sunset.
