Most ppl spend all their time at work, so naturally that is where they will meet someone who will share similar interests. In this case their love of creating food and that drive for success. Marcus sadly is just a friend, it happens

tina and sydney becoming supportive friends is one of my favorite developments. this show is so fucking good.

My favorite detail is that Carmy didn’t even react to the alarm blaring and said it didn’t bother him, he’s like I already got so much stress in my head that it doesn’t matter.

Tina's turnaround as a character was actually a welcome surprise. I didn't expect it at first and thought it seemed a little forced. But I really love what they did with her character. That moment with her and Sydney was great.

5:43 had me DEAD, the "yeah???, Yeah!?, YEAHH!???" made my day ngl

So in case any hasn't explained yet. What syd was getting ready to explain was the D3 and D5 difference (the good good). The numbers referer to the layers. It's essentially the combo of stainless steel and aluminum cores. That helps it retain and conduct heat. Also helps with the pan durability. The price isn't no joke though. I bought a D5 12 inch frying pan. It's usually 249.99 but I got it on sale of for 179. But it's great to cook with.

This season is, in my honest opinion, one of the best seasons of TV I have ever personally seen. Its just makes you feel so good, like with Tina getting the offer to become the sous chef this episode, it also made me tear up and that's some good ass character writing and acting to have us go from lowkey hating her in the beginning of season 1 to shedding some tears at her professional growth. The way they develop and flesh out a lot of the characters this season is a thing of beauty. The whole season is practically a 9-10/10 for me, first three episodes were pretty good but from episode 4 to the end its straight back-to-back bangers. Can't wait to watch y'all experience the greatness.

Barkeeper's Friend is a great product for cleaning pots and pans. It's oxalic acid based and makes it easy to scrub the grime and stains.

Yes there are folks that ship Syd and Marcus but there are WAY more that ship Syd and Carmy. Have since season 1 but even more by the end is S2. You’ll see why.

This season is fantastic, wish I could forget it and watch it with fresh eyes again, yahll reactions will just have to do.

i have a soft spot for tina. i’m so happy they gave her development when she began to see the potential carmy and eventually sydney could bring. also the latino representation hits extra hard for me, i don’t see a lot of well written latino characters (or any at all) in film and media, so it’s really cool seeing her in such an amazing show. i love this show. tina and sydney are definitely my fave

The only spoiler I will say is The Bear has done what so few shows are able to do do and that is their 2nd season is even better than the first. And season one is damn good.
