In Jamaica it's called beef lite and before cooking you have to use a meat mallet or a bottle to pound it to flatten and get some of the air out then you season and cook

Thank you I enjoyed the video. In Jamaican we call it Lite and we cut it up very fine and cook it the same way.

Do you pre boil the lung? Or straight away marinated?

In Meghalaya, India, we pound the lungs first to flatten the air sacs then you wash it and cook it straight or marinate it.
