Is it legal to keep these cows in very sunny, varm place with no threes and water around?

The first time I ever drove through Texas I drove past one of these places and the smell was so bad I thought I was gonna crash my car choking on the smell of cow shit. Even with all the windows up its enough to make someone throw up.

Pretty shameful way to finish beef animals to be honest. The environmental impact through methane emissions and nitrogen/phosphates in water courses; the welfare concerns with no shade, shelter or cover: the human health impacts of using growth promoters and large volumes of antibiotic is all a bit short term profit, consumption driven and no concerns for sustainability

Sitting around waiting to die!. I’d rather be a wild cow my hart bleeds for them we dont need to eat them
