Biggest Feed mixer in Europe | USA Equipment | Vreba Dairy | Loading, mixing and feeding the cows XL

With USA Equipment there is a constant innovation drive to build bigger and better machinery, which are more efficient with a greater capacity. We are very interested in these kind of machines, so on a sunny day we visited Vreba Dairy to see this proto-type in action, because these guys test all the proto-types from USA Equipment. Today we present to you the biggest Feed mixer in Europe, which was build to mix a lot of silage and unlaod it fast in the stables. This 4 axle giant has 3 steered axels, has a loading capacity up to 30 tons, an Allison 4700 automatic, and is constructed with Inox and Hardox steel materials to last a lifetime. The 4 specially designed rotors guarantee a good mixture between silage and added minerals, even with huge loads. Unloading can be done at 4 places and by varying the rotor speed you can unlaod quicker untill the wagon is empty. A wonderfull piece of machinery, build by USA Equipment.

the guys that milk about 5000 would need this. an average cow eats about 2 percent of their body weight. a day which comes out to 25 lbs per day take that times 5000 head they would milk. they would have to fill to capacity twice a day and feed.
