Hey , i have tried few of your recipes they were amazing. About this recipe. It can be improved in few ways. 1) The meat and fat ratio for a good juicy beef burger should be minimum 80-20. The recomend part of beef cut is chuck ( its just around the shoulder). 2) Adding salt and pepper while making patty mix would make the burger dry and it won't be juicy. Salt and pepper should always sprinkled just before grilling the beef patty 3) Once you have shaped the beef patty , press the center of the patty with your thumb . It will save your patty from becoming a golf ball while grilling. 4) The most important one is while grilling. The side of the patty should only be changed once , just once and since this is a 120g patty it will take around 4 to 5 minutes ( also depends on the grill) per side. The internal temp should be not more than 160c for a juicy beef burger. These are from personal experience, and belive me these are comming from a man who is crazy about burgers. Bonus tip : After removing the patty from the grill or pan le it rest for 40 to 50 seconds otherwise it will make your bun sogy.

The water is already drained from the beef maybe that's why is adding salt prior to cooking. Agree with you though salt dehydrates the meat.

@@wajahhatali Tbh everyone has its own opinion but from what I have tried so far is draining water from meat makes burger patties dry when cooked (not juicy) . I could be wrong..

@@malikwaqar6470 Sure... Just slightly oil the hot plate with oil with a brush or something so that pattie doesn't stick to the pan.
