Fun fact: chikar stems from Chikar with the consonant 'ळ" Punjabis (both side), Gujjars, Rajputs and Marathi use it rolling the tongue, so, it's pronounced as chika-r(rolling the R sound that wretched, write words would! It's just indigenous to India and Pakistani speakers and that in just a few pockets of lingual groups here. Baaqi, aapki marzi, thought to share that as I love learning languages.

Years ago, my dear uncle use to make chikar choley for his shop. I remember the in a large pot he has his shikar choley had lots of oil and chillies onion rings

Haven't ever eaten chiker chhole but it looks very delicious and must be easy to digest.Sad I'm not aware whether these are available anywhere in Delhi. 👍

Sir please make a video of saag receipe without oil. And if possible make 7 days vegetable receipe without oil . Many people are suffering from different diseases like diabetes, cholesterol, fatty liver etc and doctor advised them don't use oil . So I request u please make vegetable receipes without oil.
