Watching Ludo I’m using more white pepper, but I love fresh cracked black pepper. How does this channel not have a million plus subscribers?
He became my favourite chef !! I just love that sometimes he can have some humor... soo enjoyable to watch 😍
This guy really should be on television more.
Ludo is king! I’m sure it’ll take me longer than 8 minutes to make this dish, though.
I hate to break it to you but Grape Juice and Balsamic vinegar works almost as well as red wine
Dawn got a little goth
I saw that pun 2:17 hahaha

Easy made ,Bravo?
Great video! She got mirepoix (onions, carrots, and celery) confused with mise en place (everything in its place).
Not to be rude but ludo should cook alone or with his kids.

To show something bangable
Audio sucks
WTF happened to her
I am really annoyed by how he treats the groceries...always using imported water from europe and throwing a shitload of stuff in the trash that would be perfekt to use...he could at least suggest what to do with the cutoffs...and start using tap water please!

A lot of people are, but then again if you go to France and study culinary there, they really do have a lot of food waste, so i understand why he is like that since he was classically trained the french way. Im not generalizing all the French people about this, this is just based on my experience when i studied culinary in France. I do agree with you though that there are so many things that could be done with the leftovers he throws away.

You want to fix that then fix American culture. Compost is a lot more prevalent throughout Europe. Food doesnt go to waste even close to as much as in America. Scraps become soil or fuel and most households dont have garbage disposals in their sinks because why would they since scrap food isnt going down the sink? Tap water tastes horrible in most parts of this country, not to mention its not nearly as clean as many EU countries.
